The artist, born in Istanbul in 1958, graduated from Department of Painting, Atatürk Training Institute in 1979. Between 1980 and 1983 she worked as an art teacher in Istanbul and Ankara. Between 1996 and 2000, she worked at Çankaya Municipality Directorate of National Education. She took place in 6 group exhibitions and she held 7 solo exhibitions. She has been working with RC Art Gallery since 2009.

The artist defines her understanding as follows: '' I work in the way I see, I think and I feel, without getting involved in any movements and styles. I carry out my work by examining and interpreting human and plant cells and combining these tissues with symbols and naive patterns. "
