Vladimir Pervuhin was born on September 3rd 1954 in Siberia. He worked in Dnipropetrovsk Art Center in the 70s and 80s. His monumental and decorative gypsum carvings and frescoes took place in exhibitions in different cities of Soviet Socialist Republic. Works of artist are now in many institutes and special collections. Pervuhin expresses his view on art with these words: ‘The world gets rid of being ordinary as long as we discover, create or compose somethings. The art bring together the uniformity of world and harmony.’ His works are exhibited in Bilkent Center Art Street Hall of Special Works since 2013
