HÜSEYİN MACAR

Born in 1960 in Kirsehir, Macar graduated as a painting major in 1983 from the Zahit Buyukisleyen Studio at the Gazi University Faculty of Education. In 1996, he received his master’s degree in Art History from the Gazi University Faculty of Social Sciences.

He portrays watery Anatolian landscapes in a semi-abstract impressionist style, creating artwork that has a feel of depth and poetry to it.
