He was born in Siberia on the 3rd of September, 1954. During the 70s and 80s, he worked at the Dnipropetrovsk Center of the Arts. His monumental and decorative artwork, consisting of frescoes and plaster engravings, was displayed at multiple exhibitions throughout various cities under the Soviet Union. Nowadays, a lot of his work is exhibited at institutes and as part of private collections.
Pervukhin describes his thoughts on art through these words: “As long as we have the ability to discover, make and create, the world will never be mundane. Art transforms the world’s monotony into harmony.”
